I was thinking of making this the first line of a poem: “My get up and go has got up and gone, I am deflated, dispirited – I’m simply no fun”.

However, that is as far as I got, because, as I have made absolutely clear, my get up and go has got up and gone.

This is why this is my shortest blog ever.
